Tape over slit

The criminal element is very creative when attempting to tamper with a product. In some cases, a thin knife slit is made in a tamper seal label and then resealed with a clear piece of tape.

Unless close inspection is made, many times criminals can get away with this type of tampering.

Brady's Unison® micro-optic security film provides a visible effect if a tamper seal label is taped over. Due to the film's unique design, when it's covered with a clear label or tape, the images in the security label will disappear and the clear tape will have a hazy appearance.
