Release Notes for LabelMark Version 2.1.1

This patch will address the following:

1. TLS/PC Link Rotated continuous parts - Fixed printing issues with banner and terminal block PTL parts.

2. Label Maintenance Screen - Fixed the label maintenance screen for rotated continuous parts.

3. Opening Templates - Templates created in versions 2.0.x can now be opened. However, any templates created in verion 2.1 will have to be re-created.
