Brady Worldwide has manufactured high quality coated materials for nearly sixty years at our Glendale, Wisconsin location. Exclusively used by Brady internal operations until mid-1980, we are now a leading supplier of coated materials for companies worldwide through our toll and custom coating services. Brady applies a diverse array of adhesives, topcoats, cast films and other coatings to a wide range of substrates to meet the demanding specifications of our customers for many industries including medical, electronics, graphic arts, aerospace, and automotive.

Manufacturing Capabilities

Brady’s manufacturing capabilities include compounding, coating and converting equipment for both aqueous and solvent based coated materials. Our state of the art and unique coating equipment enables us to specialize on providing defect free surfaces for hard-to-dry solvent coatings where dry thicknesses from 1 mil up to 6 mils are required. With our 30” wide pilot coater and 60”+ wide production coaters located in HEPA filtered (class 1000 conditioned air) white rooms, Brady is also able to meet stringent cleanliness requirements for medical and electronics applications.
