3" Core Glossy Light Green Polyimide Circuit Board Labels

Overview

Thermal transfer polyimide material is ideal for use in high temperature applications and is green in color for differentiation from other polyimide products.

• Ideal for printed circuit board and electronic component preprocess labeling
• Withstands high temperatures with excellent resistance to harsh fluxing and wave solder environments
• Material is abrasion resistant
• Material is abrasion resistant
• This roll has i75-series smart properties on the sideboard that when used in the Brady i7500 printer in conjunction with i75-series smart ribbons, eliminates the need to adjust heat, speed , sensor location and mode, eliminates the need to calibrate out blank wasted labels, and warns the operator if a non-approved ribbon is used with this roll.
• This narrow-width part is supplied on a 3 inch core with plastic sideboards attached to prevent material telescoping and to support i75-series smart tag placement.
• If used in any other 3 inch core printer this roll will function as a manual roll.
• A ribbon is required to print this material. Use Part Number IP-R6006 for the BradyPrinter i5100 or BRADY IP® Series Label Printer; use R6011 for a different printer
