Overview

ToughBond® Ultra Aggressive Polyester (B-483) is perfect for labeling products and general ID and can be applied to powder coated, smooth, textured or irregular surfaces.

  • Pre-printed headers result in multicolor header signs using a single, black print pass
  • Glossy white polyester with permanent rubber based adhesive is thermal transfer printable
  • Material is designed for high adhesion to textured metals and low surface energy plastics
  • UL approved;CSA accepted
  • This roll has i75-series smart properties on the core that when used in the Brady i7500 printer in conjunction with i75-series smart ribbons, eliminates the need to adjust heat, speed , sensor location and mode, eliminates the need to calibrate out blank wasted labels, and warns the operator if a non-approved ribbon is used with this roll.
  • If this roll is used in Brady i5100 or IP model printers it will function with smart operation in those printers with the exception that the Supply Remaining gauge on the display may be overstated. Contact Brady tech support for further information.
  • If used in any other 3 inch core printer this roll will function as a manual roll
  • A ribbon is required to print this material. Use Part Number IP-R6007 for the BradyPrinter i5100 or BRADY IP® Series Label Printer; use R6007 for a different printer
